Introducing Frugal Fridays @ Quilting Lodge

After much thought I’ve decided to move forward with sharing deals on bit & pieces {sometimes bigger cuts} with you all.  Today will be our first ever Frugal Friday!  Please know this is still a work in progress and it will hopefully evolve into a well oiled machine over time.

Here’s how it will work.  I’ll post pictures and details of what’s available.  If you see something you like just leave a comment.  I’ll need email addresses for invoicing purposes ~ so if you’re a no reply blogger you might miss out.  There’s only one available item for each picture so first person to comment gets it.  Each item is numbered so you can reference that in the comments.  That should eliminate any confusion on which item you would like.

Shipping…this is a little tricky.  I will not ever charge you all more than actual shipping.  It’s hard for me to give actual costs here without knowing if you will purchase more than one tidbit.  Therefore here are some basic guidelines (US customers only):

  1. In order to ship First Class the order has to weigh less than 13 ounces {that’s about 2 yards of fabric}
  2. First Class Shipping is based on location but usually costs less than $3.50
  3. A Flat Rate Priority Envelope is $4.95 and I can fit up to 7 yards, mix & match, in there.
  4. If you should pay more than the actual shipping I will refund the difference.

If you have any questions you can email me anytime at QuiltingLodge@gmail.com.

Please note…international shipping charges are much higher.  Please email me if you are outside the US and you would like a shipping quote.

Let’s take a look at today’s goodies…
(1) $5.25 South Seas Boo 1 3/4 yards SOLD
(2) $2.25 South Seas Skulls 3/4 yard SOLD
(3) $3.00 Red Rooster Silk Road 3/4 yard  SOLD
(4) $1.50 Moda Tranquility 16″ SOLD
(5) $ 5.00 Red Rooster Hopscotch 1 1/3 yards  SOLD
(6) $2.00 Red Rooster Hopscotch 1/2 yard SOLD
(7) $4.00 Moda Blush 32″  SOLD
(8) $1.50 Red Rooster Garden Fantasy 16″ SOLD

The items listed in inches are the stated size by the width of fabric.  For example, an item listed as 16″ would be a 16″ by width of fabric strip.  All fabrics are 44/45″ wide.

I would also like to tell you about 2 super deals I have going on in the store.  First, I have the Salt Air Charm packs on sale for $4.50!

SOLD OUT

Second, there is a 1930’s print on sale for $2.75 a yard.

I bought this bolt of fabric some time ago and for what ever reason it just hasn’t sold.  Maybe it’s a contender for a fugly fabric contest.  I’m not sure.  I just know I’d like to get rid of it.

That’s all I have for today’s first ever Frugal Friday.  Hopefully you all can use some or all of these fabrics.  I know it’s time for them to move on to new homes!  Don’t forget…email me or leave a comment of you have any questions.
