I have known Judy since 1999, and have been friends with her and Vicki since then. I was in such a dilemma for some reason I have gotten older and my back does not like to bend over the Kitchen Table anymore to cut out PATTERNS. Hence Quilting Lodge Came to my rescue, after her hearing me COMPLAIN about not having a CUTTING TABLE, Judy and Vicki said we sell Arrow Pixie Cutting Tables. I had checked other sources and wanted a very good quality table but could not find one in our quilt shops.
I ordered the Pixie from Vicki and Judy and within a week look what arrived
The instructions have pictures in black & white, also a video on the Arrow Cabinet web site I highly recommend watching, the first picture are the under carriage of the table , it is assembled first, the light green pieces are the table top, notice it has a great ruler the length of the table very handy.
Everything is very well labeled as you can see in this photo, I will say this, the instructions say you only need screw driver to put the hinges on. I highly recommend a cordless screw driver, because it takes longer by hand than with the cordless screw driver.
As you can see assembly is very easy, and it only took about 2 hours to get it all together, which for
someone like me was quite an accomplishment !
Once the base is together you attach the top to the base by setting it on the cams and turning them.
(note the top photo is the screws that fit in the cams)
This is why I LOVE LOVE LOVE this table in my sewing room I can leave it closed for more room and when I need it I open it up and as you can see I have a Beautiful Model Miss VANNA WHITE aka Opal my Granddaughter , demonstrating Granny’s new ARROW PIXIE TABLE!!!!! HURRAH!!!

I’m searching for a great sewing/quilting table…any suggestions? I have a Janome Horizon 7700.
Great post and I love the pic for the little one 🙂
The most bang for your buck is to.buy a kitchen fixture so to speak a free standing 2 door ,(4 shelf interior) butcher block table from Ikea. it can be raised to hight you need it to be and it easily maintained.Ian is the most sturdy table I have ever used for cutting fabric, don’t know how I lived without it. I never need to replace it save to buy another one for another room and my scrapbooking!

Looks like a great table. I know what you mean about the back not working very good anymore. I feel your pain (literally!) My DH made me a complete sewing unit for my sewing room so I don’t have to lean over the kitchen table anymore! Oh yes….I love Vanna! 🙂
Great review – thanks!!
Looks like a great table and what a wonderful review!
If I didn’t already have a cutting table I would most certainly look into this one.
Nice review!
Looks like a wonderful table! You didn’t post a link to where you purchased it from though….I guess it wasn’t an online store – maybe that’s a good thing for my pocket booklol!
Great review. My table is so heavy. If this one ever breaks i will know what to get. I will suggest it to my daughter in law.
If I lived in the States I would so buy that table. It looks awesome.
I am so sorry I bought the Table From QUILTING LODGE , Just Check with Vicki if you are interested.
