Frequently Asked Questions about our quilting services

I really have no idea what I'm doing.  Help me!

We've got you. We can hold your hand and help you through the process.  We will gladly help you pick a quilt pattern, thread, and batting. No need to stress, we've been doing this a long time and we're here to help.

There are so many quilting patterns! How will I pick the right one?

There are many options for quilting patterns, and you can see all of in our E2E Quilting Designs Gallery.  We will help you find the perfect one that compliments your quilt.

I want a quilting design that you don't have. What now?

We will gladly purchase a quilting pattern if there's a specific one that you want. We don't generally charge you for the purchase of the pattern unless you select something that we cannot use on future quilts. For example, if you want your last name quilted on the quilt, we would charge you the fee to purchase that quilting pattern because we aren't able to use it on others' quilts.

How do I know you won't mess up my quilt?

We will do everything we can to ensure that your quilt turns out great. We check each and every quilt, front and back, before it's returned. This allows us to catch anything that might need to be fixed. We continuously check tension to make sure your quilt has pretty, even stitches, front and back.

Can you help me pick a thread color?

Yes!  We love helping our customers find the perfect thread color.

I'm scared to ship my quilt. What if it gets lost during shipment?

We understand. We recommend using FedEx, UPS, or the USPS and purchasing insurance when you ship to us. We will return the quilt to you via FedEx, UPS, or the USPS and we will purchase insurance if you'd like. This is not mandatory but recommended. To date no quilts have ever been lost shipping to/from us.

You cost more than the other longarm quilters. Why should I spend more to have you quilt for me?

We have 16+ years of experience longarm quilting for customers. We are very methodical when loading your quilt to ensure it is as square as possible.  We check tension frequently to ensure your quilt is stitched beautifully. We believe our years of experience and thoughtfulness are worth what we charge for quilting.
