I’m excited to announce that I have finally finished all the quilts for my step mom. Woohoo! What a relief. In reality I still have to bind the Pink Beast but I’m hoping to have that finished within the next couple of days.
Here’s a look at number 5 otherwise known as Parker’s Quilt.
I’m so glad I added the small red border. I really love how it frames the embroidered blocks.
Needless to say I’m relieved that these quilts are finished.
Now I’ll be moving on to something else but I’m not sure what that will be. I think I need to play with some of the fabrics…maybe Cuzco or Simply Color!

That is a beautiful quilt. Are all those X’s done by hand? Even by embroidery by machine, it is amazing. You are the perfect example of a top notch quilter, for sure! Your Mother in Law will be so pleased. I know I would cry. And the backing is the prettiest blue to match the front. The red does set it off. It is a beautiful quilt.
