Happy Monday to all you fun and cheery quilt people! I actually can’t believe it’s Monday already. The weekends sure do fly by. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekends. We were pretty busy with soccer games and a wedding.
Anyway…just a quick peek at my newest block adventure. I’ve decided it would be fun to take one of the blocks I designed for the AccuQuilt Barn Block Contest and turn it into a real block.
I picked out all my fabrics and have everything cut and ready to go.
I’ll probably start putting it together tomorrow. Shouldn’t take me too long.
In other exciting news…only 17 days until mom and I get to meet up in Kansas City for the Spring Quilt Market! I am so excited I can barley contain myself! Come on May 17th…get here a little faster puh-lease!
And I almost forgot. I did completely finish the no longer no name appliqué {yes she has a name} quilt and submitted her to the contest. More info to follow on that in a day or two.
